I studied for months at my own pace and took the mock exams early enough to study and learn from my mistakes. I also looked up information on my own about concepts touched on in the study material that I needed more information on. I printed out the PDFs and made a study binder, listened to the audio files a lot and no shame, but I had a half of a .25 mg Xanax the morning of to take the edge off.  That was something my doctor and I planned together and I knew how it would affect me. I almost felt over prepared if that is a thing. I used all of your strategies and I not only passed, but you taught me so much more about being a therapist that I fell in love with my profession all over again and more passionately! I guess I renewed my vows to my profession! LOL!
