Q. I’m having trouble logging into my account.  What should I do?

1. Log out of the TDC website on all your devices.

2. Clear your web history and cache on your device. Restart your device. 

3. Click here: www.therapistdevelopmentcenter.com.  Be sure to include the www in the web address. 

4. Click the Blue Login button.  In the center of the page confirm that you are on the Login tab. Manually enter your username or email. Make sure there are no spaces in front of your username/email.

5. Manually enter your password.  Make sure your device does not automatically capitalize the first letter of your password. 

6. Click the Orange Login button under the password field. 

Q. How can I reset my password?

1. Log out of the TDC website on all your devices.

2. Click here: www.therapistdevelopmentcenter.com.  Be sure to include the www in the web address.  Click the Blue Login button at the top of the page.

3. In the center of the page select the Request New Password tab.  Enter your email.  An email with a hyperlink to your TDC account will be sent to the email entered.  Click the hyperlink located in the body of this email to begin your password reset.  This hyperlink will only work once and will expire in 24hrs if not used.

4.  Once in your account, you will need to reset your password. Enter your new password. Confirm your password.  Save your changes by clicking the orange Save button.  Once the changes have been saved, this will be your new Login password.
