I went to a two day course offered by a LCSW and I didn't feel confident in what I learned, so I studied as much as I could, but became overwhelmed with how to study, what to study, and what strategies I could use for wrong answers. I didn't pass the first time. I heard about TDC from a co-worker (who hasn't tried it herself yet ironically) and thought I would give it a try. The step by step guide made it easy. I had to change my test date due to a family issue and needed an extension and they didn't give me any trouble about it. I had an AMAZING coach. HEIDI, you really helped me with those pesky first/next, best techniques and I know that's what made a difference this time. Having a structured and detailed outline of what to study, then having rationales, and a coach at your side definitely gave me the confidence I needed to succeed and I am so glad and grateful that I used TDC. Thank you for all your help TDC! And HEIDI, thank you for your skill, patience, and positive encouragement. It meant more than you know!
Passed on my first attempt. Woot woot! The tutorials through TDC that focus on the wording of test questions were invaluable. The program has much more to offer than memorization of facts. It helped me think about how to approach the test in a way that I might not have found elsewhere.
I used the TDC study material for my exams because it was user friendly and the material was not overwhelming. I found that their quick studies were very useful especially when I would be too exhausted from work to listen to a full lecture and take notes. Having the team at TDC helped me overcome my failures and guided me through my accomplishments. I'm thankful for having found the TDC program and look forward to completing my CEU's in the future with them.
I don't know if I would have passed without the Therapist Development Center! I will definitely be using it for the LCSW exam if I choose to do so. Thank you!!
This product not only makes you feel knowledgeable but confident in your abilities. The material is concise and does not confuse a future test taker. Remember, it is not what you know but HOW to answer the question in the way the questions are presented. My coach Bethany was a major support and always responded to my questions in a fair manner. I implemented her tips when taking the two practice exams... highly recommended because they were very similar to when I took the exam. Additionally, the audio recordings were without a doubt a great resource. I was totally sold when in the description, they said "stay with you UNTIL you pass." Invest in your future career and have these excellent coaches by your side.
