We are pleased to announce that the Therapist Development Center is kicking off the first annual “Promising Futures in Clinical Social Work” scholarship program. Scholarships of $500 will be awarded to ten 2nd year MSW students with “promising futures in clinical social work” who demonstrate strong clinical skills and a commitment to clinical social work.
We have had such a great time helping thousands of social workers pass their LCSW and LMSW exams, we decided we wanted to "pay it forward" by supporting promising clinical social workers while they are still in graduate school.
We are working hard to get the word out to graduate schools. Our goal is to get at least one applicant from every MSW program.
If you are currently an MSW student, please share this blog with your classmates. If you have already graduated, please share this with the MSW graduate school that you attended. Or if you know any MSW students. please give them the heads up that we are offering this opportunity to get some $$$ for graduate school.
Clinical social workers are on the front lines of mental health services in our communities. We are thrilled to be supporting future LCSWs through this scholarship opportunity.
