Announcement: TDC will be closed on both Thanksgiving Day and the Friday following. While many may not know this, TDC is a small business, and we'd like to practice self-care by taking these days off to spend time with family and friends
- The website will be fully operational as usual; your access to your materials will not be interrupted.
- If you have coaching questions that need to be answered before the long weekend, please submit them by the end of business on Monday (11/20) so that we can answer them by the end of business on Wednesday (11/22). Coaches will not be scheduling phone calls over the long weekend. The two-business-day window will be in effect; Thursday and Friday are not considered business days. Coaches will resume normal duties on Monday, November 27th.
- Please make sure you check the expiration date and access to your materials if you plan to study between Thursday, November 23rd and Sunday, November 26th. Your expiration date can be found by clicking on the "my account" button in the upper right hand corner when you are logged into the website. Customer Support will resume normal functions on Monday, November 27th.
