Q. I just purchased your program and the audio player isn’t working for me. What should I do?

If you are a new client and the audio player has never worked for you try the following steps:

1. Restart your computer.

2. Try using a different browser. Some options include: Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Safari (for MAC computers only).

3. Make sure your computer is up-to-date on all software.

4. Make sure plug-ins are enabled on your computer. This varies depending on your browser, but often you can access the plug-ins by going to the Preference section of your browser and clicking on the Privacy Settings. Once you are here, make sure you enable your computer to allow plug-ins. If you aren’t sure how to allow plug-ins, check out this website that shows you how to based on your computer and browser system.

5. If you have one, try a different device like another computer, an iPad or a iPhone/smart phone.

Q. I’ve been using your program for a while now with no problems, but now the audio stopped working.  What should I do?
